Hello My Teeth is designed for minor-to-moderate alignment issues — spacing, crowding, rotation, and mild bite corrections. Take our 2-minute candidacy check or order an at-home impression kit to find out. If you're not a candidate, we refund your purchase in full (excluding the impression kit cost).
Day-time plans average 3–6 months. Night-time plans run 6–9 months. You'll typically notice subtle movement within the first 2–3 weeks, with clear visible change by month two.

It depends on severity. Clear aligners can lessen the appearance of mild overbites, underbites, and crossbites through better tooth alignment. Severe bite issues may require traditional braces or jaw surgery. Our dentists will assess your specific case.
Our kit includes step-by-step instructions and a video tutorial. Most people complete their impressions in about 20 minutes. If you prefer, you can book a free 3D scan at one of our partner clinics instead.
Contact your care team immediately via the app. Replacement aligners ship within 48 hours. Depending on where you are in treatment, you may be able to wear your previous or next aligner temporarily.
Most people adapt within a few days. You may notice a slight lisp at first — this disappears as your tongue and lips adjust. Practice reading aloud for 10 minutes a day to speed up the adjustment.
Only water. Remove your aligners for anything else — food, coffee, wine, juice, soda. This prevents staining, cracking, and decay. Remember to brush before putting them back in.
Retainers are for life, ideally. We include two sets of retainers free with every plan. For the first 6 months, wear them every night. After that, 3–4 nights per week maintains your results long-term.
Not for your Hello My Teeth treatment — it's fully remote. That said, we strongly recommend keeping up with your regular dental cleanings every 6 months for overall oral health.
Yes. If you start with night-time and want to speed things up, you can upgrade. If day-time wear isn't working for your lifestyle, we can transition you to night-time. Talk to your care team.
